Although I will try to convince the private property owners at Abbey Cottage, or other properties, to allow me to piggyback on their internet and power, so far they have been very reluctant, adamant even about not allowing this. It makes people nervous.

Unless I can convince the owners of the Anchor Inn it seems safe to assume this means a 4G solar powered camera will be necessary. Of course I will continue to try to persuade them otherwise.
